just a few notes about your kit and talent spec, you have got a few nice crafted pieces but in general your kit lvl is quite low. For 25man raiding you ideally need to have your hit rating capped at 142 and at the moment you only have 36 my advice would be to swap any gems you have for hit rating ones if your interested in raiding this would mean lowering your crit change and ap which are already low but at least you would be hiting the bosses. You are speced BM but what you have really isn't a raiding spec as you have missed some of the key talents that make BM a great raiding spec such as animal handler in the BM tree and go for the throat and rapid killing in MM my advice to you wud be if you want to raid and stay a BM to go for a 41/20/0 spec
